CNN’s web team has compiled a list of the top web development companies in the United States, highlighting the most popular, the best practices and the best-value for money.

The list includes:The list comes from a recent analysis of online market data by the Center for Responsive Politics and the Center on Budget and Policy Priorities.

It also includes a ranking of web development talent from a list that includes a web design firm, a software developer and an engineer from the Boston-based startup firm Rebuildable.

“The internet is the world’s largest open marketplace, and web development is a critical job for companies to offer and attract talent,” said Mark Luschini, senior vice president and general manager of analytics at the Center.

“But, it can be difficult to find the right people and the right places to work.”

The list is based on an analysis of the salaries of web developers who worked for at least three months at the top-rated web development company.

The average salary was $70,000, according to the Center, which used data from job listings on Indeed.com, a popular job site.

“There are some great companies, and a lot of companies are really good at what they do,” said Michael Dennison, a founder of Rebuildables, a Web development company that provides free software to web developers.

“It’s hard to find people that have that kind of track record.”

The companies featured on the list include:Blue Cloud, a Boston-area company that develops Web and mobile applications for mobile devices and Web-based apps for desktop, desktop, and mobile.

The company employs about 400 people.

The Boston-founded Web developers have been praised for their dedication to their craft and work ethic.

A 2011 survey by the company found that 95 percent of the Web developers surveyed are motivated to keep going, with only 4 percent saying they are “disheartened” or “angry.”

Web developer, Jason Bressard, says the job is rewarding and rewarding.

“When you get a chance to work on a great project, it’s a great way to feel like you’re part of something,” he said.

“You’re doing something that’s going to last a long time and you can be a part of history.”

Bressard said he believes his clients are attracted to the Web because of its flexibility, which allows the company to offer more products and services.

“I think it’s also because it’s really accessible and it’s free,” he added.

Dennis Mottram, a web developer and founder of the online marketplace WebHire, said the company has developed apps for a variety of industries including advertising, finance, healthcare and travel.

He said that a recent survey by WebHires.com found that 70 percent of employers said they were looking for a Web developer to build their web site or app.

Web developers often earn a higher salary than their peers in the software industry, according a 2010 report by the National Association of Software & Network Companies.

The study found that Web developers earned an average of $130,000 per year in 2009, up from $60,000 in 2008.

But that number dropped slightly between 2009 and 2010, dropping to $90,000.
